Guys, this gay person should not be trusted.
My wedding last February 11, 2012 Saturday was all okay except for the catering service.
Which of course all our guests anticipated after the ceremony. Everyone looked forward to it since I always say good things about their food, I even bragged that it was not a buffet but a plated service. But come dinner reception, everyone was in awe! No water or anything was served early, when it's time to serve the appetizer and the cocktail only two servings of chips with 5 pieces on each plate was given per table, imagine 10 pax /table. Not only that, he even skipped some tables and not give them their main course telling the waiters that their not on the list. Some guests were skipped and was not given main entree while the people beside him/her where already eating. Corn soup was stale and sour, their fettuccine was without presentation, food was served cold, water was not given and the service was really poor. Our ninong and ninang left early because they cannot eat the food in front of them, they were given platters without serving spoons. Imagine our traditional wine toast?? TANDUAY ICE in a small bottle, my husband even opened it with a knife because it wasn't half-open.
He forced me to pay full payment before the event, it was too expensive for a beginner like him. But since he used to be my friend and colleague in my previous company.
135 pax were paid before the event but only 116 people were served no remaining food was given to us. When I confronted him that night he just said, "Okay, complaint taken." then he walked out.
